Return and Refund

  • Order Cancellation:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Unique Handcrafted Jewellery:
    At Sri Anu Jewellers, every piece is meticulously handcrafted and adorned with semi-precious stones. Because of the artisanal nature, slight irregularities or imperfections may be present, reflecting the genuine human craftsmanship behind each design. Every item is truly one of a kind, just like you.
  • Returns & Exchanges:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit.
  • Reporting Damage:
    If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please inform us on the same day of delivery. To process your claim, kindly provide a video of the parcel being opened.
  • Return Shipping for Damaged Goods:
    All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Should damage occur during transit, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance with arranging return shipping.
  • Customised Orders:
    Customised jewellery orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for other products.
